This Easy Delicious Apple Crumble recipe is my go-to during the winter months. Not only is it healthy, and only takes 5min to make. But it is SO incredibly delicious and satisfying!
I’m a chocolate dessert kind of girl. I eat chocolate mousse and Nutella croissants, really I eat anything with chocolate in it when it comes to dessert. I’m not really the kind of person that would order a fruity dessert, but THIS Easy Delicious Apple Crumble… is mouthwateringly scrumptiously DELICIOUS. There really are no words! AND, yes ladies and gentleman you could eat it for breakfast if you wanted to (I did)… It’s got oats, nuts, coconut… those are all breakfast foods right? But seriously this stuff is so delicious.
I whipped these up in under 10min and within only a few minutes, the whole house was filled with this warm cinnamon, apple smell. mmmm…. there’s nothing like it. It smells like cosy, rainy days. Okay i’m just getting lazy now… maybe i’ll just call it a day and park off in front of the T.V. It has been so incredibly dry here, and we have all just been waiting for the rains to come. Because there really is nothing like the thunderstorms we get here in the summer. They make you want to eat Apple Crumble all day everyday. It’s those kind of thunderstorms. And although most people don’t seem to like the rain, I’m a bit of a rain obsessed crazy person. The rain just seems to bring out the best in me… it makes me want to get all creative and I end making tons of DIY stuff or repainting furniture… I know…it’s a bit strange.
Anyway, this Easy Delicious Apple Crumble is perfect for those cold, rainy days and because on those days most of us seem lazy to cook but at the same time wanting some comfort food, it is perfect. It takes only a couple of minutes to make and is so heart “warmingly” delicious. Plus it’s pretty guilt free without tasting like it.
This is how it goes… Melt the coconut oil, then mix together the oil, oats, pecans, 2 tbsp of the coconut flour, 2 tbsp of the coconut sugar, 1 tsp cinnamon and the nutmeg. Then separately mix together the chopped apples and the remaining ingredients. Then add a bit of the first mixture to your ramekins, fill them with the apple mixture and top again with the first mixture. Pop them in the microwave for 5min. And there you go. BAM! The most delicious and healthy Easy Apple Crumble. You can then choose to top it with a little honey, maple syrup or if you want to go all out… some SALTED CARAMEL.
