I made this quick and Easy Cranberry Jam to spread on the Vegan Cranberry Cheesecake that I made. But this jam/jelly was so delicious that I ended up smearing it on almost everything. I had it on my toast for breakfast, I smeared it on my scone for tea and ate it out of the jar as a snack. Jip I love cranberries.
I wanted to make the Vegan Cranberry Cheesecake really quickly, so I didn’t make the Easy Cranberry Jam like one would normally make a jam, in other words I didn’t leave it on the stove boiling for hours and hours (who has time for that?).
So I simply placed the frozen cranberries in a small saucepan with the sugar and water and allowed it to simmer until the cranberries were soft and breaking apart (it was barely 30min).
There you have it Easy Cranberry Jam which you can is delicious to have around the house, especially during the holiday times.
