So what is Strawberry Korean Milk?
Strawberry milk (생딸기우유) is a very popular drink in Korea. It is made using natural and fresh ingredients to make creamy strawberry-flavored milk full of real strawberry flavor. Nothing artificial about this strawberry milk!
Many cafes around Korea sell this delicious milk, particularly when strawberries are in season. Strawberry Korean Milk uses and celebrates the natural flavors of strawberries as opposed to using any artificial flavorings.
A key feature of Korean Strawberry Milk is the small bits of fresh strawberries found in the drink from the strawberry puree which gives it a slight texture and lots of flavor. Many Korean cafes even serve the milk and strawberry puree separately, which can then be added together and gently stirred before enjoying.
