How To Make An Easy Chocolate Quinoa Breakfast Bowl
This is such an easy and yummy recipe! It is very simple and quick to make, with just 5 ingredients and takes only 25 minutes to cook and prepare.
- In a saucepan, add the quinoa and milk.
- Bring to a boil and simmer for 20 minutes. Quinoa should be fluffy and tender.
- Add the cocoa powder, sugar, vanilla essence, and salt. You can add more or less sugar, depending on your preference.
- Stir until well combined and then remove from the heat and divide between 2 - 4 bowls.
- Add the toppings and enjoy!

HOW TO STORE CHOCOLATE QUINOA
This is a great breakfast recipe to meal prep! This chocolate quinoa cannot be frozen but it can be stored in the fridge for 3 - 5 days. Keep the cooked chocolate quinoa in an airtight container and add the toppings fresh each time you serve it.

Ingredients
- 1 cup uncooked quinoa
- 2 cups milk
- ¼ cup cocoa powder
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp vanilla essence
- 1 pinch salt
Toppings
