Yogurt Fruit Bowl Recipe

I love this recipe because it really couldn't get any easier to start my day off on the right note. I am such a breakfast lover - but sometimes life doesn't always allow for the beautiful, slow breakfasts I dream of.

Some days are super busy, start early, or have chaotic beginnings. On days like those, having a recipe like this Peach & Passionfruit Yoghurt Breakfast Bowl is bliss! It means I can still have a delicious and nutritious meal, despite any chaos that might be happening.

No one likes having to set an early morning alarm. If I could live a life without morning alarms I would be a very happy person. But unfortunately, that's not very realistic.

So instead, I like to optimise my snooze time by always having quick and easy breakfast recipes ready. This Peach & Passionfruit Yoghurt Breakfast Bowl is a great one as I can whip it up in literally 5 minutes.

I use my handy Kitchen Inspire measuring cups and their amazingly sharp knife to ensure my prep time flows even more smoothly and quickly! Such a dream!

Another thing that I love about this recipe is how gorgeous the final bowl always ends up looking. It makes you want to dive right in! Equipment

  • 1 sharp knife
  • 1 serving bowl

Ingredients

  • ½ cup plain yoghurt
  • ½ a peach sliced
  • 1 passionfruit
  • ⅓ cup granola
  • 1 - 2 sprigs mint

Instructions 

  • Pour the yoghurt into a bowl.
  • Place the peach slices, passionfruit, and granola on top of the yoghurt.
  • Top with fresh mint and enjoy!
