Ingredients & Notes
This delicious and healthy rose tea latte is made using just a few simple and flavorful ingredients. It is a vegan and refined sugar-free latte recipe that celebrates the yummy flavors of rose and cardamom.
The ingredients you will need are:
- Cardamom Seeds. Cardamom pods are extremely healthy and add lots of delicious spiced flavor to this drink. Cardamom is full of highly beneficial properties such as electrolytes, copper, iron, zinc, phosphorus, magnesium, and calcium.
- Dried Rose Petals. To add floral rose flavor to the drink. I also like to sprinkle a few extra petals on top of my latte as a pretty garnish, but this is completely optional.
- Milk. I find almond milk froths well and tastes yummy with this latte, but you can use any other milk alternative that you prefer such as oat milk or coconut milk.
- Coconut Sugar. I like to use coconut sugar to sweeten this yummy, delicate latte but you can use any other sweetener you prefer, such as Xylitol, honey, maple syrup, or agave syrup.
- Rose Water. Adds a soft, floral rose flavor to the latte. Be careful to not add too much as this will overpower the drink.
- Pink food coloring. This is an optional addition if you would like a subtle pink color to your rose latte. You can also use beet powder as a natural option to add a pink tone.
