This bliss ball recipe is easy to make and the snack balls turn out perfectly every time. I like to make a big batch and then enjoy snacking on them all week long.

How to make No-Bake Date & Coconut Balls
These snack balls are so easy to make and you can have them ready to eat in just 15 minutes. You will need a food processor to make this recipe, along with the six ingredients and a tablespoon for scooping.
Step-by-step Instructions
STEP ONE:
Place the dates, almonds, coconut, coconut oil, almond butter, and ground cinnamon in a food processor.
STEP TWO:
Run the food processor until the mixture is well combined and is clumping together. If the mix is too dry, add a little more coconut oil so it holds together - the mixture should hold together when pressed in your fingers.
STEP THREE:
Scoop about one tablespoon of the mixture and roll in your hands to form a ball. Repeat this process until the mixture is finished.
STEP FOUR:
Roll the date balls in desiccated coconut and enjoy!

Can You Make Date Balls Without a Food Processor?
Yes, you can! Simply soak the dates as per the recipe and mash them into a paste with a fork or spoon. Add the remaining ingredients to a large bowl and mix together with a spoon or with your hands until well combined and then shape into balls.
