Ingredients
- ⅔ Cup Dark Chocolate chopped, I used Lindt 80%
- 2 Ripe Avocados skin and pits removed
- ½ Cup Cocoa Powder
- ¼ Cup Coconut Cream or heavy whipping cream
- 2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 2 Tablespoon Maple Syrup or honey
Instructions
- Add the chopped dark chocolate to a microwave safe bowl. Heat on 50% power until melted, about 2 minutes. Stir frequently to prevent overheating. Set the melted chocolate aside to cool slightly.⅔ Cup Dark Chocolate
- Add the avocados, cocoa powder, cream, vanilla, maple syrup and cooled melted chocolate to a high speed blender. Process until smooth and creamy.
