The best kind of breakfast or dessert is the kind that you can make in a few minutes and that only requires a couple of ingredients - hopefully also with ingredients you have lying around at home. A while back Clinique asked me to create recipes that complimented their new (AMAZING) range of matte lipsticks.
Now I'm not going to lie, my first thought was kind of like, how do we mix lipsticks and food together to create something awesome? But I must admit this has by far been one of my favourite projects to date! I loved playing around with the names of the lipsticks and the beautiful colours. This was literally a matter of playing with my food, and man I just couldn't get enough!
So let's get down to business. This 5 Ingredient Raspberry Smoothie Bowl is the best summer (or winter if you roll that way) breakfast. I literally chuck all the ingredients into my Nutribullet, give it a whizz and there you have it! Hello, beautiful bowl of tangy deliciousness!

5 Ingredient Raspberry Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
- 1 Cup Frozen Raspberries
- 1 Frozen banana
- 1 Cup Almond Milk/Skim Milk
- 2 tsp Honey/Agave Nectar
- ¼ Rolled Oats
Toppings:
- Fresh Raspberries
- Mint
- Shredded Coconut
- Rolled Oats
Instructions
- Place all the ingredients for the smoothie bowl into your blender (I used my Nutribullet) then blend on high speed until smooth.
- Pour into a bowl and add toppings.
- Enjoy!
