Easy Chocolate Fudge Recipe

One of my favourite things to do around this time of year, is to start planning and making (yes, making) gifts for everyone. I love giving everyone specialised little gifts that are from the heart and made just for them.

This 2 Ingredient Dark Chocolate Fudge is on my list of gifts to give this year. It is so incredibly simple to make, cheap and delicious. Wrap it up in a beautiful box, top it with a personalised tag and you have an amazing special gift that anyone and everyone will love.

Why you'll love this recipe

I have never been a huge fudge fan. Even though I am a complete dessert addict, I have always found fudge to be a little too sweet. BUT... this 2 Ingredient Dark

Chocolate Fudge is the bees knees, even if I say so myself. It is sweet yes, but not overwhelmingly sweet. The bitterness from the dark chocolate balances so perfectly with the sweetness from the condensed milk.

2 Ingredient Dark Chocolate Fudge

There's something magical about fudge. You mix two ingredients together and somehow it turns into fudge! You don't even bake it! How does that even make any sense? Well, we don't need to get into the science of fudge right now, all you and I have to know is that it's amazing and it tastes darn good.

How to make chocolate fudge

To make this scrumptiously fantastic 2 Ingredient Dark Chocolate Fudge, all you need is dark chocolate and condensed milk. I added a little vanilla, but it really isn't even THAT necessary.

First thing you do is mix together the condensed milk and dark chocolate in a microwaveable bowl. That is pretty much the extent of the recipe. All you have to do next is place the bowl in the microwave and microwave it on high for 10-15min, making sure that you stir it every 30 seconds or so.

Then remove it from the microwave and stir the mixture very well and pour it into a lined oven pan and spread it out. Place the pan in the fridge for about 40min to allow it to cool and set. Then remove from the fridge, cut into blocks and enjoy. Easy right?
