– 1 cup butter
– 1 cup brown sugar
– 1 cup granulated sugar
– 1 shot espresso
– 4 eggs

– Don't over bake the brownies as this will lose their fudgey-ness. They should jiggle in the centre when you take them out the oven. They will firm up as they cool.
