1. Cream the peanut butter & coconut cream. In a large mixing bowl, beat the coconut cream & peanut butter with an electric mixer for 3 minutes.
HOW TO MAKE VEGAN FROSTING:
1. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla. Lower the speed of your mixer and add the vanilla and the powdered sugar a little at a time.
2. Mix together.
Keep mixing the frosting until it is well combined.
Store any leftover frosting in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week or in the freezer for up to 3 months. When ready to use, thaw the frosting slowly at room temperature - do not microwave it.
