2. Add wet ingredients.
Once the bananas are mashed, add the caramel, eggs, baking powder & vanilla extract & mix until well combined.
3. Slowly add the flour.
Add the flour one tablespoon at a time until it becomes a thick batter.
5. Cook the pancakes. Place small scoops of the batter (about 3 tbsp) into the skillet. Cover & cook for about 3 - 4 minutes per side. Repeat this cooking process until you finish the batter.
6. Serve. Serve the pancakes warm. You can enjoy them as is, or top them with banana slices and extra caramel.
