These Easy Banana Caramel Pancakes are the best way to start any day!
They are absolutely delicious with a light, fluffy texture and a rich caramel flavor.
A quick and easy pancake recipe that can be whipped up in minutes!
I love serving my pancakes with extra fresh bananas & caramel sauce but they are also delicious as is.
2. Add wet ingredients.
Once the bananas are mashed, add the caramel, eggs, baking powder & vanilla extract & mix until well combined.
3. Slowly add the flour.
Add the flour one tablespoon at a time until it becomes a thick batter.
4. Prepare skillet for cooking.
Heat up a large skillet over medium heat. Once the pan is hot, lower the temperature to low & add a little butter or oil to coat.
5. Cook the pancakes. Place small scoops of the batter (about 3 tbsp) into the skillet. Cover & cook for about 3 - 4 minutes per side. Repeat this cooking process until you finish the batter.
6. Serve. Serve the pancakes warm. You can enjoy them as is, or top them with banana slices and extra caramel.
