A delicious mixed berry frozen yogurt recipe that is perfect for Summer. Made with just five simple ingredients, this tasty no-churn fro-yo is easy to make and packed with a bright berry flavor.
Add the frozen berries, yogurt, honey, lemon juice and water to a food processor or high speed blender. Process until smooth.
3 ½ Cups Frozen Mixed Berries, 1 Cup Plain Yogurt, 3 Tablespoons Honey, 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice, 1 Tablespoon Water
Pour the berry mixture into a chilled container and cover with parchment paper or plastic wrap to prevent ice crystals.
Freeze for at least 4 hours before serving.

STORAGE: This frozen berry fro-yo can be stored in your freezer for up to 3 months in a sealed, airtight container.Store the frozen berry yogurt in the coldest part of your freezer, which is usually in the back. You don’t want it exposed to warm air when the freezer is opened – this can cause it to melt partially and refreeze which can create ice crystals and make the texture grainy.
