Add ¼ cup of the mixed berries to a bowl. Break them into pieces with a spoon.
½ Cup Mixed Berries
Add the milk, chia seeds and maple syrup to the berries. Whisk together until well combined.
1 ½ Cups Milk, ¼ Cup Chia Seeds, 2 teaspoons Maple Syrup
Pour mixture into two glasses and place in fridge overnight.
Top with the remaining mixed berries and enjoy!
Notes
If the pudding is too stiff or not completely combined, then simply add a little extra milk, stir and place it back into the fridge for an extra 30min.
