Instructions
For The Cupcakes
Preheat the oven to 180ºC or 350ºF and line a cupcake pan with cupcake liners.
Cream the sugar, eggs and vanilla together.
Add the remaining ingredients and mix until completely combined.
Spoon the mixture into the cupcake liners, filling them about ⅔ of the way.
Bake the cupcakes for 15min or until golden brown.
For The Frosting
Cream the butter and vanilla.
Add in the powdered sugar little by little.
Add in the cocoa and milk (adding more milk if necessary).
Keep whisking until creamy and completely combined.
Decorate cooled cupcakes with frosting.
