This decadent avocado chocolate mousse takes only five minutes to make. It's rich and creamy and full of chocolate flavor - no one will ever guess it's made with avocados!
Add the chopped dark chocolate to a microwave safe bowl. Heat on 50% power until melted, about 2 minutes. Stir frequently to prevent overheating. Set the melted chocolate aside to cool slightly.
⅔ Cup Dark Chocolate
Add the avocados, cocoa powder, cream, vanilla, maple syrup and cooled melted chocolate to a high speed blender. Process until smooth and creamy. You may need to scrape down the sides of the blender a few times.
2 Ripe Avocados, ½ Cup Cocoa Powder, ¼ Cup Coconut Cream, 2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract, 2 Tablespoon Maple Syrup
Add your favorite toppings and enjoy immediately! Or you can place it in the refrigerator to chill for later.
