This easy matcha chia pudding is perfect to make at night for a quick grab and go treat. Simply add your favorite toppings, like fresh strawberries and coconut chips and you've got a delicious way to start your day!
Add the milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, matcha powder and vanilla extract to a large mixing bowl. Whisk until well combined.
1 Cup Milk, ¼ Cup Chia Seeds, 2 teaspoons Maple Syrup, 1 teaspoon Matcha Powder, ½ teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Divide the mixture evenly between two jars or glasses and store in the refrigerator for 2 hours or up to overnight.
Top with fresh strawberries and coconut flakes and enjoy!

REFRIGERATION TIME: Let the chia pudding sit for at least 2 hours to thicken up well. If you let it soak overnight, you’ll end up with a thicker pudding because the chia seeds will have more time to absorb the liquid.
STORAGE: Store this chia pudding covered in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
