Instructions
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the coconut cream, chia seeds, maple syrup and vanilla extract.
1 Cup Coconut Cream,
¼ Cup Chia Seeds,
2 teaspoons Maple Syrup,
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Divide the mixture between two glasses.
Place the glasses in the refrigerator and allow the chia pudding to set for at least 1 hour or overnight.
Add your favorite toppings and serve.

Storage:
Store prepared chia pudding in airtight containers in the refrigerator for 4-5 days.
