Banana Bread Granola
This delicious, crunchy banana bread granola is filled with fresh bananas, nuts and spices. It's a wonderful breakfast recipe that tastes just like banana bread!

Instructions
Preheat oven to

and line a baking tray with baking paper.
In a small mixing bowl, combine the mashed banana, melted coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla.
1 Banana,
½ Cup Maple Syrup,
¼ Cup Coconut Oil,
2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
In a separate larger bowl, combine the oats, pecans, oat flour, cinnamon, allspice, nutmeg and salt. Stir well.
3 Cups Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats,
½ Cup Pecans,
¼ Cup Oat Flour,
2 ½ teaspoons Ground Cinnamon,
1 teaspoon Allspice,
½ teaspoon Nutmeg,
1 pinch Salt
Add the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and fold together until everything is well coated.
Spread out on your prepared baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for 35-45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.
Remove the baked granola from the oven and cool completely before stirring. Do not stir the granola while it is cooling.
Notes
STORAGE:
Once granola has cooled completely, transfer it to an airtight container and store in a cool, dry space for up to 2 weeks.
