Vanilla Chai Tea Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Skim Milk/Almond Milk
  • 3 Bags Chai Tea
  • ¾ Cup Dates pitted
  • ¼ Cup Oats
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • ¼ Cup Ice
  • 1 Frozen Banana

Instructions 

  • Place the milk and tea bags in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
  • Allow mixture to simmer for 5min, then place the lid on the pot and allow the milk to steep for 5-10min.
  • Remove tea bags and pour milk into blender.
  • Add the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
  • Serve and enjoy.
