Equipment

  • 1 cocktail shaker
  • 1 highball glass

Ingredients

  • 1 ounce Crown Royal Whiskey
  • 1 ounce Peach Schnapps
  • 2 ounces Cranberry Juice
  • Ice Cubes

Instructions

  • Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
  • Add the Crown Royal, peach schnapps, and cranberry juice.
  • Place the lid on the shaker and shake well for 30 seconds.
  • Fill a highball serving glass with ice and pour in the shaken drink.
  • Add any desired garnish and enjoy immediately.

Notes

  • Use large ice cubes to help prevent the ice from melting quickly and watering down the cocktail too much.
  • You can add an optional splash of soda water to this cocktail if desired. This will give it a bubbly and refreshing feel without altering the taste of the drink too much.
  • Use a little simple syrup to balance out your cocktail. If you find this drink too tart for your liking, add a dash of simple syrup to balance it out.
  • For a more fruity drink, you could add a splash of raspberry liqueur like Chambord or add a splash of Malibu rum for a hint of tropical flavor.
  • Use a cocktail jigger to measure out all your ingredients when making this cocktail. This will help to ensure consistency and that the flavors are perfectly balanced.
  • Try serving this drink in a perfectly chilled glass during the warm months. This not only looks beautiful but will keep your cocktail cooler for longer and add to the drinking experience of the cocktail.
