1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, egg yolks, vanilla essence, cream, lemon juice, and yoghurt.
2. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder.
3. Add the butter in cubes while mixing with a mixer on low.
4. Add the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
5. Divide the cake batter between the three prepared cake tins.
6. Bake for 40 - 45 minutes, or until cooked through and springy to touch.
