Place the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl and cook on medium stirring every 30 seconds until melted. Set aside and allow the chocolate to cool slightly.
Along with the melted chocolate, place all the ingredients into a high-speed blender. Blend together until smooth, scraping down the sides every now and again.
Pour the mousse into serving glasses and top with your favorite toppings. Enjoy immediately or preferably allow to chill for at least one hour before serving.
