- Cook chicken for
5 - 7 minutes
per side, or until golden and cooked through
- Add butter to the skillet and
fry the onions and garlic
- Add the
tomatoes and spinach
and cook until spinach has just wilted
- Add the cream and dried herbs and allow to
simmer for 5 minutes
Stir in the parmesan
cheese and add the chicken back to the skillet
