Pumpkin Choc Chip Pancakes

These homemade Chocolate Chip Oat Milk Pumpkin Pancakes are the perfect breakfast or brunch for Fall.

Place the pumpkin puree, milk, egg(or flax egg), vinegar, and coconut oil in a large mixing bowl and mix together until well combined using an electric mixer.

Add the flour, baking powder, baking soda, sugar, and spices and mix together until just combined.

Fry each pancake in a skillet over a low heat until golden brown (2 - 4 minutes) and then flip, and repeat the cooking process.

They are made with pumpkin puree, chocolate chips, and lots of warm spices.
