A quick and easy pancake recipe that can be whipped up in minutes! These pumpkin pancakes are super fluffy & soft. They are best served warm as the chocolate chips are then deliciously melty & gooey.

– all-purpose flour – granulated sugar – baking soda – baking powder – vinegar – large egg – whole milk – vegetable/coconut oil – pumpkin puree – spices

INGREDIENTS  YOU WILL NEED:

Combine the wet ingredients. Place the pumpkin puree, milk, egg, vinegar, & oil in a large mixing bowl & mix together until well combined using an electric mixer.

Add the dry ingredients. Add the flour, baking powder, baking soda, sugar, & spices and mix together until just combined. Then fold the chocolate chips into the batter.
