Chai Latte Pancakes

A quick & easy one-bowl recipe for Chai Spiced Latte Pancakes.

INGREDIENTS

– all-purpose flour – 1 tbsp baking powder – ½ tsp all spice – ½ tsp ground ginger – ¼ tsp ground cloves – ground cinnamon – 1 cup milk – ½ cup buttermilk – 4 tbsp melted butter – 4 tbsp brown sugar – 3 eggs – 2 tsp vanilla extract

Combine the dry ingredients. In a large mixing bowl, add all the dry ingredients. Use a whisk to combine.

STEP 1

Combine the wet ingredients. In a separate bowl, whisk the wet ingredients until well combined.

STEP2 

Add wet to dry. Slowly pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and then mix until just combined.

STEP 3

Cook the pancakes. Heat a non-stick pan over a low heat and add a little butter, oil, or non-stick spray to the pan. Pour a ¼ cup of batter onto the hot pan and cook for 2 - 3 minutes per side side, or until golden brown and cooked through.

STEP 4

These delicious, spiced chai pancakes are great as a sweet treat or breakfast.
