pecan nuts
roughly chopped

Instructions
Preheat oven to 180ºC and line a baking tray with baking paper.
In a small mixing bowl, combine the mashed banana, melted coconut oil, honey, and vanilla.
In a separate bowl, combine all the remaining dry ingredients together.
Once the dry ingredients are well combined, add the banana mixture.
Mix well and spread out on the prepared baking tray.
Bake for 35 - 45 minutes, mixing halfway through.
