Beat oil, eggs, sugar, and vanilla essence together until light and fluffy.
Mix in dry ingredients, milk, and orange zest.
Fill each cupcake mould until ¾ full.
Bake for 10 to 15 minutes at 180°C.
Let cupcakes cool completely before frosting.
Frosting
Cream butter until light and fluffy.
Beat in icing sugar and orange zest.
Pipe frosting onto cooled cupcakes and enjoy!
