These Cranberry Nut Energy Balls are the perfect vegan, gluten-free snack. They require one bowl to make, are packed with protein and will satisfy that sweet tooth.

Cranberry Nut Energy Balls

Ingredients
  

  • ¼ Cup Almonds roughly chopped
  • Cup Dried Cranberries
  • 1 Tbsp Coconut Oil melted
  • 1 Tbsp Pumpkin Seeds
  • ½ Cup Nut Butter melted
  • 1 Cup Rolled Oats
  • ¼ Cup Honey/Maple Syrup

Instructions
 

  • Mix all the ingredients together in a mixing bowl until completely combined.
  • Roll the mixture into balls (you choose your size)
  • Store them in a tupperware in the fridge.
