This gorgeous Layered Berry Smoothie is not only beautiful but simply delicious and packed with antioxidants.

Layered Berry Smoothie

Servings 2 Large Smoothies

Ingredients

Layer 1:

  • 1 Cup Mixed Berries frozen
  • ½ Cup Greek Yoghurt
  • 2 teaspoon Honey
  • ¼ Cup Almond Milk

Layer 2:

  • ½ Cup Blueberries or mixed frozen berries
  • 2 teaspoon Chia Seeds
  • ¾ Cup Almond Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Honey

Layer 3:

  • 2 Bananas
  • ½ Cup Almond Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Chia Seeds
  • A few Frozen Berries

Instructions 

  • Start with layer 1 and place all the ingredients into your blender and blend until smooth. Then pour the smoothie into 2 jars and place the jars in the freezer for 15-20min.
  • Place all the ingredients for layer 2 into the blender and blend until smooth. Gently pour the smoothie over the semi frozen layer 1 and place the jars back into the freezer for 15-20min.
  • Place all the ingredients for layer 3 into your blender, blend until smooth and gently pour over the previous layer.
  • Serve with beautiful straws.
