Healthy Double Chocolate Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 Flax Egg/Egg
  • ½ Cup Coconut Oil melted
  • ¾ Cup Coconut Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • ½ Cup Almond Milk/Skim Milk
  • 1 ½ Cups Brown Rice Flour/Oat Flour
  • 1 ½ teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 100 g 70% Dark Chocolate melted
  • ½ Cup Dark Chocolate Chips
  • 2 tablespoon Cocoa sifted

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 180ºC/350ºF.
  • Combine the oil, flax egg and sugar and blend until smooth.
  • Add the vanilla, flour, cocoa, baking powder and milk and mix until well incorporated and smooth.
  • Stir in melted chocolate and dark chocolate chips. Stir until well combined.
  • Roll dough into balls and place on lined baking sheet.
  • Bake for 10min.
  • Devour
