Simple Berry Chia Pudding

Raspberries
frozen or fresh

teaspoon
Xylitol/Sweetener
▢

Cup
Chia Seeds
▢

Cups
Almond Milk
▢
¼
Cup
Mixed Berries
fresh or frozen
Instructions
Break the raspberries into little pieces and combine them in a jug with the milk, sweetener and chia seeds.
Whisk the ingredients until combined.
Pour mixture into two glasses and place in fridge overnight.
Top with mixed berries and enjoy.
Notes
*If it is too stiff or not completely combined, then simply add a little extra milk, stir and place it back into the fridge for an extra 30min.
