Simple Berry Chia Pudding - A delicious, easy to make breakfast that is packed with protein. Completely gluten-free and vegan. Everything you could ever want from an on the go breakfast.

Simple Berry Chia Pudding

Ingredients

  • ¼ Cup Raspberries frozen or fresh
  • 2 teaspoon Xylitol/Sweetener
  • ¼ Cup Chia Seeds
  • 1 ½ Cups Almond Milk
  • ¼ Cup Mixed Berries fresh or frozen

Instructions 

  • Break the raspberries into little pieces and combine them in a jug with the milk, sweetener and chia seeds.
  • Whisk the ingredients until combined.
  • Pour mixture into two glasses and place in fridge overnight.
  • Top with mixed berries and enjoy.

Notes

*If it is too stiff or not completely combined, then simply add a little extra milk, stir and place it back into the fridge for an extra 30min.
