Cinnamon and Peach Quinoa Porridge

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Almond Milk
  • ½ Cup Quinoa
  • 1 Cinnamon Stick
  • 2 teaspoon Vanilla Essence
  • 1 tablespoon Coconut Sugar
  • 1-2 Peaches sliced

Toppings:

  • Coconut Flakes
  • Raspberries
  • Almond Flakes
  • Extra Milk and Sugar

Instructions 

  • Rinse the quinoa.
  • Place the quinoa, milk, cinnamon, vanilla and coconut sugar in a saucepan and mix together.
  • Allow the mixture to simmer lightly until all the milk has been soaked up (this takes about 20min).
  • Divide quinoa between 2-4 bowls and top with fresh peach slices, coconut flakes and any other toppings you desire.
