Healthy Vegan Berry Frozen Yoghurt

Ingredients

  • 500 g Frozen Mixed Berries
  • 3 tablespoon Honey/Agave Nectar
  • 1 Cup Coconut Yoghurt/Coconut Cream/Fat Free Yoghurt
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 tablespoon Water

Instructions 

  • Mix all the ingredients together in a blender.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Pour into tupperware and place in the freezer.
  • Freeze for at least 4 hours before serving.
