For the Pumpkin Spice Syrup:

Brown Sugar/Coconut Sugar

Pumpkin Puree

Vanilla

For the latte:

Shots of Espresso

Shots Pumpkin Spice Syrup

Milk/Almond Milk

Whipped cream/Coconut whipped cream.
▢
Salted Caramel Sauce/Vegan Salted Caramel.
Instructions
For the Syrup:
In a small pot, mix together the water, sugar, pumpkin and spices.
All the mixture to come to a boil and then turn the heat down to allow the mixture to simmer.
Simmer until mixture thickens and then add vanilla.
For the Latte:
Mix together the syrup, milk and espresso and pour into mugs or glasses.
Top with whipped cream and salted caramel.
