Chocolate Ganache

Ingredients

  • 450 g Dark Chocolate
  • 250 ml Whipping Cream

Instructions 

  • Mix together the chocolate and the cream in a microwaveable bowl.
  • Place the bowl in the microwave and microwave on high until melted, ENSURE that you remove the mixture from the microwave every 30 Seconds to give it a good stir.
  • Enjoy.
