Ginger Papaya Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 Medium Papayas pitted & chopped.
  • 1 cup Raspberries.
  • ¼ Small Pineapple.
  • Fresh ginger to taste not everyone can handle ginger.
  • 1 Cup milk of choice I used almond Milk.
  • Optional: 2 Tablespoons greek yoghurt.
  • 1.5 Cups of Ice.
  • Berries to top.

Instructions 

  • Plug in blender.
  • Throw Ingredients in blender.
  • Close Blender.
  • Turn on blender.
  • Blend till smooth.
  • Pour into glass.
  • Feel the health.
