pitted & chopped.

Raspberries.

Small Pineapple.

Fresh ginger to taste
not everyone can handle ginger.

Cup
milk of choice
I used almond Milk.
▢
Optional: 2 Tablespoons greek yoghurt.
▢
1.5
Cups
of Ice.
▢
Berries to top.
Instructions
Plug in blender.
Throw Ingredients in blender.
Close Blender.
Turn on blender.
Blend till smooth.
Pour into glass.
Feel the health.
