This Blackberry Lime Gin & Tonic is a refreshing twist on your favourite classic drink. Only takes a few simple ingredients and 10 minutes to whip up.

Blackberry Lime Gin & Tonic

Ingredients

  • 1 shot gin (see notes for mocktail version)
  • 200 ml tonic water
  • ice cubes
  • 4 blackberries
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 teaspoon fresh lime juice
  • rosemary sprig
  • extra blackberries for garnish

Instructions 

  • Muddle the blackberries, sugar and lime juice together in the bottom of a glass.
  • Add the gin and ice cubes.
  • Top with tonic water and garnish with fresh rosemary and extra blackberries.

Notes

How to make a mocktail version

To turn this gin and tonic into a mocktail, simply leave out the gin from the recipe and it will still be yummy and bubbly. Another option is to replace the gin in the recipe with your favorite non-alcoholic gin to create a delicious mocktail.
