Healthy Pecan Banana Bread
Prevent your screen from going dark
Preheat oven to 180ºC/350ºF.
Line bread pan with baking paper.
Blend banana's in mixer using the paddle attachment or in a food processor until smooth.
Add vanilla, egg and coconut oil and mix together with the banana.
Add all the remaining ingredients and ensure that everything is well incorporated.
Transfer batter to pan and smooth out.
Top with chopped pecans.
Bake for 45min or until fork comes out clean.
Devour!
