INGREDIENTS

– Fresh beets, grated – Walnuts – Rolled oats – Flax powder – Chickpeas – Dried rosemary – Dried origanum – Red pepper flakes – Soy sauce – Garlic

– Add walnuts, oats, flax powder to a food processor

STEP 1

– Add all the spices to the dry ingredients and pulse until a flour forms.

STEP2

– Add the beets, chickpeas, garlic, and soy sauce to the food processor

STEP3

– Blend until well combined.

STEP4

– Use your hands to form the mixture into patties and place them onto the prepared baking sheet.

STEP5

– Avocado - Crisp lettuce - Jalapeno hummus - Tomatoes - Vegan mayo
