Prepare your oven and pan.
Preheat your oven to 350F and line and grease an 8x4-inch loaf pan.
Combine dry ingredients.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, spices, baking powder, and baking soda.
Combine wet ingredients.
In a separate mixing bowl, whisk together the pumpkin puree, eggs, milk, sugar, oil, and vanilla extract.
Combine the wet and dry.
Add the egg mixture to the flour mixture and whisk until just combined. Do not over mix.
Fill pan & bake.
Spoon the batter into the prepared loaf pan. Place the loaf pan in the center of your oven and bake for 45 - 55 minutes, or until completely cooked through.
