An easy recipe for homemade Pumpkin Olive Oil Bread with Cream Cheese Frosting.

INGREDIENTS

– All-purpose flour – Spices – Baking powder – Baking soda – Pumpkin puree – Whole milk – Light brown sugar – Oil – Eggs – Vanilla extract

1. Prepare your oven and pan. Preheat your oven to 350F and line and grease an 8x4-inch loaf pan.

STEP 1

1. Combine dry ingredients. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, spices, baking powder, and baking soda.

STEP2 

1. Combine wet ingredients. In a separate mixing bowl, whisk together the pumpkin puree, eggs, milk, sugar, oil, and vanilla extract.

STEP 3

Combine the wet and dry. Add the egg mixture to the flour mixture and whisk until just combined. Do not over mix.

STEP 4

Fill pan & bake. Spoon the batter into the prepared loaf pan. Place the loaf pan in the center of your oven and bake for 45 - 55 minutes, or until completely cooked through.
