Cheesy Brussels with Bacon

A one-pan Cheesy Brussels Sprouts with Bacon and garlic. An easy side dish that will leave everyone wanting more!

Crisp sautéed brussels sprouts and smokey bacon are oven-baked in a creamy garlic sauce topped with parmesan and mozzarella cheese.

– Bacon – Butter – Brussels sprouts – Garlic – Heavy cream – Mozzarella cheese – Parmesan cheese

INGREDIENTS  YOU WILL NEED:

HOW TO MAKE CHEESY BACON BRUSSELS SPROUTS:

Cook the bacon. Over a high heat, cook the bacon until golden & crispy. Using a slotted spoon, remove the bacon from the skillet leaving behind the bacon grease. Place the bacon on a paper towel-lined plate for later use.

HOW TO MAKE CHEESY BACON BRUSSELS SPROUTS:

Sautee the Brussel sprouts. Lower heat to a medium-high & add the butter. Allow the butter to melt & then add Brussels sprouts & garlic. Sautee until golden & tender - about 3 minutes.

Add the seasoning. Once the Brussel sprouts are tender, add the salt, pepper, onion powder, & dried parsley. Mix to combine. Add cream & bacon. Lower the heat & add the heavy cream & cooked bacon. Simmer for 5 minutes.

Top with cheese. Sprinkle over the mozzarella & parmesan cheese. Bake. Place the skillet in the oven & bake for 15 - 20 minutes. (optional) Broil.  You can broil the dish for 5 minutes if you prefer a more golden cheese topping.
