Activated Charcoal Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 banana fresh or frozen
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • ½ cup mixed berries fresh or frozen
  • 2 tablespoon maple syrup (or honey for non-vegan option)
  • 5 - 7 almonds
  • 2 teaspoon activated charcoal powder
  • granola (for serving)

Instructions 

  • Place ingredients in a blender and blend on high speed until completely smooth.
  • Pour smoothie into a bowl and top with fruit and granola.
