Cinnamon Almond & Coconut Granola

Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • ½ cup almonds roughly chopped
  • ¼ cup sunflower seeds
  • 2 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg
  • ½ teaspoon ground cloves
  • ½ teaspoon all-spice
  • 1 cup coconut flakes
  • cup coconut oil melted
  • cup maple syrup/honey
  • 3 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • ¼ cup oat flour

Instructions 

  • Preheat the oven to 150ºC and place baking paper on a baking tray.
  • Combine all the dry ingredients in a mixing bowl.
  • Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until all the ingredients are coated.
  • Spread the mixture out onto the prepared baking tray.
  • Bake for at least 30 minutes or until golden brown. Making sure to stir the mixture halfway through.
  • Serve with fruit and yogurt or simply on its own.
