Matcha and Raspberry Chia Pudding – The perfect breakfast, packed with protein and antioxidants. Plus it is gluten-free, vegan and simply delicious.
As I’ve mentioned before, I have been sick for a seriously long time now. It’s getting a little ridiculous actually. But it has also given me a great excuse to binge watch everything and everything under the sun. I have been drenching myself in episodes of Greys Anatomy. I mean who doesn’t love that show right? I know it’s super over dramatic but oh my goodness, it is just so darn juicy. After watching a few episodes in a row, I feel ready and qualified as the next best heart surgeon. Okay, well maybe I’ll just stick to making yummy breakfasts and desserts.
There’s been a little Matcha Madness going on in my house. Since getting the most delicious pure Matcha from Just Matcha I have been green. Not as in green with envy, but rather green because I have been making everything matcha matcha matcha. It’s a little crazy up in here. But this stuff is so delicious, and I figured it’s seriously good for you, so it could only help my flu.
I love the Matcha Smoothie Bowl that I made. It was filled with all things delicious and super healthy. So after making that (and about a thousand other things) I decided to make another super breakfast. This Matcha and Raspberry Chia Pudding pretty much contains nothing that isn’t incredibly good for you. It consists of matcha, chia seeds, almond milk and some raspberries. Can’t see anything harmful in those ingredients. Head over to my little store where I have been slowly but surely adding all my favourite things to use in the kitchen as well as for photography.
I love how easy it is to throw together and just like overnight oats, it is there ready and waiting for you in the morning so you don’t have to worry about spending all that precious morning time slaving away in the kitchen. You can rather spend it in your cozy bed ;).
