Breakfast is as we all know the most important meal of the day, but it is also the most delicious…apart from dessert of course! I love breakfast because it can be so versatile, you could have your usual bacon and eggs, you could opt for a delicious chia pudding, overnight oats OR you could go for something crunchy, nutty, chocolatey and yummy like this Healthy Chocolate Hazelnut Granola.
Granola really is the bomb… it offers you everything you could ask for as a breakfast. It is filling, delicious, healthy and most of all you can easily make a whole batch of it ahead of time so that you don’t have to worry about breakfast for a while.
This Healthy Chocolate Hazelnut Granola has really become one of my favourite breakfasts and even more so my ultimate favourite snack. I keep a bowl of it on my desk and that way I can chow down on some of it whenever I’m feeling a little hungry or peckish. It is simply perfect.
