Life is pretty difficult when you are trying your best to stay in shape and be healthy but you are simply addicted to dessert!! It really comes down to your priorities, and I must confess my priority often lies with dessert and not trying to achieve the itty bitty body we all strive for. So with this being said I am trying my best to accommodate both priorities and therefore I am on a mission to create, bake and devour desserts that are both delicious and well… good for the figure and even more so for my health.
So therefore I am starting with my go to recipe. These vegan date balls are multifunctional, they can be eaten when you just need that boost of energy during a long day (hence the name), or they can be eaten as dessert! They are also one of the easiest things to make. The steps are literally as follows; throw all ingredients into a blender, turn on blender, roll into balls. Voila! Now you have amazing, delicious snacks that will keep you from reaching for that midday chocolate.
These date balls are perfect for anyone who is attempting to stick to a banting diet, which I might add is extremely difficult. They are also vegan friendly, sugar free, low carb, and contain a large dosage of deliciousness.
