Summer is here and with it came the heat. But as much as I love summer I also love my cup (or three) of coffee everyday! So with that being said, a plan had to be made.
It is amazing how creative one can get with coffee, and after receiving my new Nespresso machine last week I was really excited to start experimenting a little. Not only are their machines beautiful but their coffee is out of this world!
This Easy Chocolate Infused Ice Coffee recipe is my ultimate go-to recipe for a summers day. All you need is a shot of Nespresso Ciocattino Grand Crus, some condensed milk and a little ice. I love how easy it is to make and that slight dark chocolate taste combined with the sweet smooth flavour of the condensed milk takes your mid-afternoon coffee break to a whole other level! If you want to change it up a little, try using their Vanilio or Caramelito Grand Crus for a vanilla or caramel infused Ice Coffee
Easy Chocolate Infused Ice Coffee:
- 1 Capsule Nespresso Ciocattino Grand Cru
- 2 Teaspoons Condensed Milk (or to taste)
- Ice Blocks
- Prepare the Nespresso Ciocattino Grand Cru in the 45ml Nespresso cup.
- Set it aside for a few minutes to cool slightly.
- Stir in the Condensed Milk.
- Add in the ice blocks and enjoy.
